Memrot does not claim ownership of your family tree content but may display it as part of community features. Users can upload avatars or images to personalize their family trees. All uploads must comply with our content guidelines and must not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights. Memrot reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

Users must act respectfully towards the community. Prohibited activities include harassment, spamming, uploading offensive content, or attempting to hack the platform. Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

Memrot owns all intellectual property related to the platform, its design, tools, and code. Your uploaded content remains yours, but by using Memrot you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content as part of the platform’s services.
